1. What are my Payment options?

   We accept Paypal, Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Google checkout payments. Please be sure to provide your exact billing address and telephone number--the address and phone number your credit card company has on file for you. Incorrect information may cause a delay in processing your order. You can be confident that your personal and account information is secure at CostBuy.com. Necessary encryption procedure is being use to protect your personal information. Any receipt associated with the online purchase will be sent electronically via email. No paper based invoice or receipt will be included on the package to be ship.

2. How long do you normally take to ship my items?

   Items are usually shipped within 24 hours of receiving a complete payment from Mondays to Fridays excluding holidays. Our cut-off time of processing orders is 2pm PST. Once shipped out the tracking number is automatically emailed to the registered email address of the customer.

4. Do I have to Pay Sales Tax? And How Much?

   Yes, if the Ship To address on your order is in California. Sales tax is automatically computed on products only not on the shipping charges . The Sales Tax rate for California is 9.75%.

5. What are the shipping freight available?

   We ship items via USPS, UPS or Fedex. The $1.99 shipping is the standard fee we charge for shipping games via USPS first class mail with free USPS tracking number. For large shipments the standard shipment is via UPS ground.
